186 stars with Hα in emission surrounding the cluster NGC7380 have been found by means of the objective prism attached to the 70-cm meniscus type telescope. It is shown that the stars with Hα in emission gathering in groups, in most cases are associated with the groups of nebulae, O or I -associations and star clusters, and from with them the population of spiral arms of the Galaxy.
