Abstract

A second approximation to the theory of the Compton turbulent reactor is developed. The case has been investigated when tho electrons cannot be considared as ultrarelativistic. A reactor with different mechanisms has bean calculated. The Compton scattaring Cherankov acceleration, bremsstrahlung of electron.
