Abstract
The investigation of origin of planets' rotation during their growth at the expense of nail particles moving around the Sun on the ellyptical orbits is carried out. For great eccentricities the problem may be divided into two problems of two bodies beyond the limits of planets' sphere of activity one can study particles' motion In gravitation field of the Sun, and within this sphere their trajectories nay be continued, taking into account only planets' gravitation field. So we receive direct rotation of planets but explanation of their modern angular momenta is possible only securing that during the tine of growth planets had effective radii at least ten times greater than they have today. Such a condition could exist if young planets were surrounded by particles' swarms, the remnants of which represent satellites. It is not accidental that planets without satellites rotate slowly.
