Abstract
Differential method of reduction of photoelectric system (on compilation of a catalogue of photometric standards in KSA There is being described differential method of reduction of Abastumani Observatory's instrumental system to the standard UBV system. A detailed discussion is being given to the technique used for observations and estimation of both the atmospheric extinction and the reduction coefficients needed for the said reduction (Table 1, Fig. 1,2,3,4). The above coefficients have been derived experimentally. Special observations on purpose to estimate coefficients of atmospheric extinction and that of the reduction system have been carried on in Abastumani Observatory in 1968-73 in the run of 90 nights by the 48-reflector (A3T-14A). There have been estimated all the coefficients in order to obtain the U,B-V, U-B values (Table 2, Fig. 5). The coefficients obtained reveal that Abastumani photoelectric system proves stable enough and no sharply different to the standard UBV system; air transparency is as good as high. The method entirely serves purpose; that is to catalogue photoelectric standards in the KSA which is actually out task.
