Abstract
A second approximation to the theory of the synchotron reactor is developed. The weak influence of plasma medium on the synchotron mechanism is considered. According to the author this influence leads to a positive curvature in the radiation spectrum of relativistic electrons, accelerated in the reactor, whereas the ionization losses of energy by these particles produce a negative curvature.
