Abstract
Photoelectric observations of CC And. had been carried out in 1958—1960 by means of a stellar electrophotometer of the Abastumani Astrophysical observatory in yellow and blue filters. Table 1 shows the results of observations; the normal points are given in table 2. On the basis of the curves of variability, obtained by us, and radial velocities, reduced by Walker and Wilson in 1953—1954, we determined the radius of CC And according to Wesselink's method. This value confirms the Walker s consideration, that on Russell's diagram this star is situated higher, than those of the same type of the main sequence. August, 1961
