Abstract

The description of 40-cm refractor of the Abastumani astrophysical observatory and its new photographic camera used for the photography in its main focus (F=680 cm) is given. Spherical aberration, astigmatism, chromatic aberration, resolving capacity and penetration of the telescope have been investigated. November, 1960
