Abstract
The data on the dependence of CE on r given in [1] have been corrected according to the investigations and formulae by A.Ph. Toronjadze [2,3,4,5,6]. According to the curves of regression (m-M, CE) and (m-M, CE) and the formula (1) of the paper [5] the curve of orthogonal mean quadratic regression has been drawn (Fig. 1). The latter represents the best approximation to the real dependence (CE, m-M). The real distance and the values of the coefficients of total and selective absorption have been determined. The dependences (r, CE) and (r, γ.CE) and the theoretical curve (r, γ.CE) drawn according to the (2) -law[5] of the absorbing matter density distribution are given. August, 1957
