Abstract
This paper is a continuation of my investigation executed in 1947- 48 at the Abastumani astrophysical observatory on the determinations of absolute spectral magnitudes of the late spectral type stars on the base of the objective prism spectra. The method and the absolute magnitude criterium are the same used in the above mentioned work except in that we improved the methodics as possibly. As a result, absolute magnitudes of the 425 G and K stars are determined in 26 Kapteyn Areas, the catalogue of which is given here. The probable average error of absolute magnitude determination for this catalogue is equal to ±0.m197. March, 1954
