Abstract
The method of measurement of the axes of extragalactic nebulae on the maps of the Palomar atlas is described. The influence of exposition lack effect on the results of measurements is studied. The errors of measurements are estimated and the histograms of the galactic axes and their nuclei for the Coma Berenices cluster of galaxies are drawn. The apparent and real characteristics of galaxies, distribution densities and their interrelation in the form of integral equations of stellar statistics are described. December, 1961
