Abstract
The electrophotometric observations of an eclipsing variable V 502 Oph have been carried out in yellow and blue light in the spring and summer of 1961. The results of observations are given in the form of tables and diagrams. We have attempted on the basis of the light carve having obtained according to Kopal-Piotrovsky method, to determine the elements of photometric orbit. Our attempt gave us on results; this perhaps confirms the fact, that one can't determine the elements of W Ursae Majoris type systems applying general methods. Some other authors also indicate this fact. April, 1962
