Abstract
Theoretical Issues on Human Capital and Investment Economic, individual behavior of human beings and other no market activities as well are various approaches to the Human Capital studies. Investment in Human Capital considers implementation of economic, social, moral and other goals defending on inclination and preferences of each person in gaining from the education, individual characteristics and all kind of spending. In Human Capital studies generalization of empirical conclusions is very relative.
