Abstract

The modern teaching methods require to recreate the environment of the language studies, to make pupils speak in different situations. In Georgia, the foreign languageteaching is provided from 6 years old, at the same time as that of the mother tongue. The pupils learn to write in French after learning to write in Georgian. At the age of 7-10 years, they already know 3 different alphabets: Georgian, Latin and Cyrillic. The objective of this paper is to propose the method which can facilitate French language learning to nonfrancophone pupils through the audio-visual means which are very effective especially at the time when the child knows neither read, nor write in foreign language. However, the audiovisual means must be used at normal doses without prevent the activity of the pupil.
