რეზიუმე
Article Analyses the means and mechanisms for purchasing state land by the citizen of foreign country despite the general prohibition stated by legislation. Author draws the attention of the reader to the exception when citizen of Georgia is in registered marriage with the citizen if foreign country. Author considers, that if the citizen of Georgia being in registered marriage with the citizen of foreign country is going to purchase the land owned by state, then he must be asked to present the nuptial contract, from which it can be stated what will happen afterwards to the subject of deed of purchase of an agreement concluded between the state and the citizen of Georgia. Author thinks that though this mechanism will somehow cause difficulties in the procedures connected with the alienation of state land, still it is the natural and just approach towards this issue.
