Abstract
Condition of the marriage contract, in which one is given reservation about approach of the fact of matrimonial treason, requires an explanation to be made to the same article of the marriage contract determining what the marital partners consider as a treason. In a case of the parties have not provided an explanation of matrimonial treason in the agreement, treason is considered to be only perfect coitus, but not with the husband or wife.
