Abstract

An electronic book/database "Astronomical Manuscripts in Georgia" has been published by Ilia State University Press, in the form of DVD discs (in Georgian and English languages). DVD contains: descriptions, bulletins, fragments, full texts, images, of unknown or little studied Georgian, Persian, and Arabic astronomical manuscripts of IX -XIX centuries. It contains also Georgian translations of Byzantine cosmology, late medieval European physics, and Arabic astronomical sources. Full texts of several astronomical manuscripts in Georgian, Persian, and Arabic languages has published as well.
