Abstract
პირველადი ჯანდაცვა სისტემის ფუნდამენტია, რომლის გარეშე შეუძლებელია რაიმეს აშენება. პირველადი ჯანდაცვის გამართულ სისტემაზე მნიშვნელოვნადაა დამოკიდებული მოსახლეობის ჯანმრთელობის ხარისხი, სერვისებისადმი ხელმისაწვდომობა, ჯანდაცვაზე გამოყოფილი მწირი სახსრების ეფექტური ხარჯვა.
