Abstract
The national competitiveness may be defined as the degree to which a nation can, under free and fair market conditions, produce goods and services that meet the test of international markets. The research is mainly focused on all significant aspects of company competitiveness: organisational, managerial, HR, financial, labour, technological, etc. The survey was conducted to explore the productivity and competitiveness of GEA member companies.The study revealed strength and weakness of the companies and made recommendations about the ways of improvement their business performance.
